Juliette Schlucter is a nationally
recognized speaker, consultant and patient advocate
in the field of family-centered care. She has
pioneered programs that give patients and healthcare
organizations the language and tools to connect with
one another in a way that improves quality, safety
and the experience of care -- hence the name
BridgeKeeper. She creates bridges between the two
very different perspectives.
Recently she decided to create an organization to expand her business and
extend her services to a broader market. She came to us to help develop a
"Brand" for BridgeKeeper. Juliette wanted to capture the concept of a "bridgekeeper"
- the person who helps guide you across the bridge. She was drawn to images
of old stone bridges and classic lanterns.
Juliette was great to work with. She is a consummate professional. She
was clear on her likes and dislikes and very responsive when we sent her
designs or documents to review. After developing a basic logo concept we
went on to develop a message platform that captured the essence of her
business and outlined key messages as a foundation for her communications.
We packaged all of this with an elegant blue linen folder, with inserts
about her business. We made these as templates that Juliette could edit
herself and than either print a few in her own office or take to a printer
for larger runs. We also created a PowerPoint template and a simple web site
for BridgeKeeper that used the same design elements.
